Roland Gewessler has worked in the real estate sector for over 30 years, initially specializing in the financing of municipal infrastructure projects as an associate in a law firm in Washington, D.C. (1992-1996), thereafter as an associate and later partner in an Austrian law firm with an associated property management company, specializing in real estate and insolvency law (1996-2000). From 2000 to 2004, Roland Gewessler was first head of the legal department and then the managing director of the real estate development arm of a major Austrian bank with a focus on Austria and Eastern Europe. In 2013, Roland Gewessler opened his own firm bringing in his many years of experience in the field. His firm has since been advising in all areas of real estate, including purchase and sales advisory for private individuals and investors, contract drafting and fiduciary services, advising and representing property management companies, developers, civil engineers, real estate agents and banks.
