Jury of the ÖSWB Prize 2026
Together with Priv.-Doz. Dr. Mona Philomena Ladler, Association of Austrian Investment Companies, and Prof. Dr. Julia Nicolussi, University of Zurich, Martin Oppitz is a member of the jury appointed by the Austrian Association of Securities Owners (ÖSWB) to decide on the award of the ÖSWB Prize 2026. This prize is awarded for outstanding academic work in the field of capital market law or capital market-related corporate law.
