AWAK Capital Markets Seminar 2025
Martin Oppitz and Alexander Russ contributed to the training of junior lawyers at this year’s special seminar on capital market law at the Lawyers' Academy, together with other renowned transaction and forensic lawyers. The seminar provided the aspiring lawyers with practical training on the principles of the organised capital market, its supervisory authorities and securities trading from a legal perspective.
