Capital Markets Law Day 2025
The Business Circle Capital Markets Law Day took place on 27 March 2025 – Martin Oppitz, together with Dr Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M./Cerha Hempel, gave an overview of the many new features of the EU Listing Act and the associated requirements for capital market players. Thanks to interested representatives of the capital market community who were keen to discuss, there was a lively exchange of ideas on new legal issues.
